  • Over several years of research we helped develop the core magazine and the other related magazines such as gardening, holiday and health Which?

    Given the need for on-going qualitative feedback on all of the magazines we ran a ‘qualitative omnibus’, consisting of 2-4 group discussions conducted every 2-3 months that provided tracking of reader satisfaction and areas for improvement as well as an opportunity to test out new ideas and quick wins.

    Fast turn-around reports were provided along with more detailed summary reports drawing together shared learning and differences for each magazine. This program of research also identified opportunities for other brand extensions that were subsequently explored in more depth.

    We also conducted two detailed segmentation studies, one to understand the Which? magazine subscriber base and the other to explore the potential market of non-subscribers - both of which guided future marketing and communication strategy.
